Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for experienced customer experts who can communicate effectively in Czech and have a strong understanding of digital cameras, printers & photocopiers. As a customer expert, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat and email
- Track and resolve customer cases efficiently and effectively
- Develop strong relationships with customers and partners
- Work towards achieving targets set by the client statement of work as well as internal targets
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures to handle frequently asked questions
Requirements:
- Fluent written and verbal skills in Czech
- Good communication skills in English
- Tech savviness
- Solution driven thinking
- An empathetic personality with excellent communication skills
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
