Job Overview

This role presents a unique opportunity to utilize your Dutch language skills and technical expertise to provide exceptional customer support for a leading brand in the imaging industry.

  • Dutch fluency is required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of digital cameras, printers, and photocopiers is essential.

In this position, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email, providing troubleshooting solutions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues.
  2. Track and follow cases to ensure timely closure.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with partners and demonstrate empathy in all interactions.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared targets.
  5. Develop and implement effective solutions to customer problems.
