DEMO SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities is looking for anIT Digital Applications Specialist to join the company's Digital Platforms department based in Kryoneri.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, deliver and support modern digital workflow applications to digitize and automate various business processes.
  • Project Execution, lead and support by analyzing business needs and liaise with internal and external resources.
  • Support existing platforms along with new implementations.
  • Coordinate with IT Infrastructure, ERP & BI teams for enhanced data integration.
  • Work closely with business units to understand their requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships for outsourced developments or platform customizations.
Requirements
  • B.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business applications analysis, software development, or solution design.

  • Working experience & certifications with any of the following vendors / technologies:

  • Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure, SQL Server)

  • Programming / scripting experience in any of the following or similar frameworks (Java, PHP, .Net, Python, PowerApps, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

  • Knowledge of front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

  • Knowledge of AI / GenAI tools and/or Agentic frameworks will be considered a plus

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivation and proactive approach to project ownership.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing workflows within enterprise systems.
  • Experience in business process analysis is desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
