What You'll Do

As a
Senior SEO Specialist
, you'll take full ownership of client SEO campaigns from audits and strategy to technical fixes, content optimization, and link building.

This is a
hands-on execution role
, not just oversight. You'll also mentor junior SEO team members, collaborate closely with our content and dev teams, and help shape internal best practices and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth SEO audits and deliver actionable strategies
  • Own the full SEO lifecycle across technical, on-page, and off-page channels
  • Perform keyword research and intent mapping to guide strategy
  • Optimize content and metadata across websites and landing pages
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, crawlability, indexing)
  • Create and execute white-hat link-building campaigns and digital PR
  • Monitor performance using
    Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio
  • Mentor junior SEO team members and contribute to internal playbooks
  • Stay updated on algorithm updates and continuously adapt strategies

You'll Fit Right In If You Have:

  • 3–5+ years of proven SEO experience (preferably in an agency setting)
  • Strong command of
    all SEO pillars
    : technical, on-page, content, and backlinks
  • Deep familiarity with tools like
    Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, SurferSEO
  • Strong GA4 experience and data-driven mindset
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel
    for tracking and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with
    WordPress, Webflow
    , or similar CMSs
  • Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and collaborative attitude

Bonus Points For:

  • HTML/CSS/JS skills for light technical implementations
  • Experience with GA4 event tracking & Looker Studio dashboards
  • Understanding of programmatic SEO
