Digital Camera Support Specialist

Are you fluent in Finnish and familiar with digital cameras, printers & photocopiers? We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to provide support for our Finnish-speaking customers.
We equip successful candidates with comprehensive training on our products, as well as guidance on providing troubleshooting and technical solutions. Depending on the team that successful candidates will join, responsibilities may include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
- Tracking and following cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
- Providing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with all partners and showing empathy at all times
- Working towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets
- Answering customers' inquiries and troubleshooting or escalating technical issues that they face
- Following standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
