
Lead Sales and Customer Satisfaction

This is a full-time position with a contract of 40 hours a week.
- Responsibilities
- Drive sales and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership, styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales performance
- Develop and maintain high performing teams through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Support recruitment, induction, and training of new starters
- Identify future talents and create development plans to support their progression
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service
