Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our global community of users. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in communication, empathy, and problem-solving will make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate support to users via multiple channels.
  • Stay informed about products and community standards to offer effective solutions.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach while advocating for the community's best interests.
  • Investigate and resolve user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content.
  • Respond to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.
  • Analyze data to enhance user experience and improve workflows.
  • Enforce community guidelines by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate clearly in Spanish (C1-C2) and English (B2).
  • A proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what is right for the community.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows.

Benefits:

  • Performance bonus: up to 200 EUR per month.
  • Work Schedule: Monday Sunday hours per day, 5 days a week with rotative shifts.
