Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with orders, accounts, products, or basic troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with team leaders and quality teams
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional support

Requirements:

  • Native Polish speaker and English at a B2+ level (used for training and internal communication)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to relocate if not already based in Greece
  • Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus
