Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across Europe.

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist customers with product questions, account issues, and general inquiries
  • Deliver solutions with patience and efficiency

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Basic English for training and tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused and motivated to deliver excellence
