As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that values empathy, excellence, and innovation. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in problem-solving, communication, and empathy will make a real difference.

The role involves providing timely and accurate support to users, staying informed about products and community standards to offer effective solutions, and making thoughtful decisions while advocating for the community's best interests.

You will be responsible for investigating and resolving user issues, including account support requests and reports of abusive content, as well as responding to inquiries with speed, quality, and empathy.

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate empathetically and clearly in Polish (C1-C2) and English (B2), as well as a proactive attitude with a bias toward doing what is right for the community.

We are looking for individuals who are attention to detail and results-driven, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends to enhance workflows. Familiarity with products and community standards is also essential, although training will be provided.

In return, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of 1100 EUR gross monthly, as well as a performance bonus of up to 200 EUR per month. We also offer flexible working conditions, a vibrant workplace culture, and relocation assistance for candidates outside of Greece.
