As a valued member of our team, you will provide valuable and memorable experiences to a diverse range of customers for a world-leading manufacturer of road, mountain, triathlon, urban, fitness, and electric bikes.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Specialist who can manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats with accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in German and English, and have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Meet personal and customer service team targets and call-handling quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- A C1/C2 level in German.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
