Job Title: Croatian Support Center Agent
About the Position:We are looking for a highly skilled and multilingual customer support professional to join our team in Greece. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our customers, utilizing your strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat in Croatian and English.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, order management, and account-related questions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and empathetic responses.
- Accurately document and track customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues.
- Continuously improve customer service processes by sharing feedback and best practices.
- Fluent in Croatian (native or near-native level) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer support, call center, or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Eligible to work in Greece.
- Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Greek, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with technical troubleshooting or product support.
