BtoB Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BtoB Sales Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and emails from potential business clients, providing information about our products or services, and ultimately closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to create targeted outreach materials for high-value prospects in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Initiate contact with potential customers through warm lead calling and responding to inquiries generated from marketing efforts using effective questioning to uncover needs.
  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and move solid leads through the sales funnel, connecting them to appropriate sales personnel and arranging meetings.
  • Identify high-potential prospective users or client opportunity and develop an effective engagement strategy.
  • Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Show understanding and empathy towards customers, assisting them in using the platform effectively and addressing any issues.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and payment options while advocating for new products and services through a consultative approach.
  • Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not lead to immediate sales opportunities to nurture and develop relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and other teams to escalate urgent or unresolved customer issues, improving targeting and messaging based on insights gathered from customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while providing feedback on emerging trends in customer needs.
  • Execute sales plays created by marketing and implement scaled sales strategies to acquire new customers and enhance product adoption and client retention.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from business case development to closing deals while ensuring all customer interactions are meticulously documented within the CRM system.
  • Discover the overall business objectives of clients and effectively articulate our client value proposition to customers by setting up and delivering live demos.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen: Possesses a deep understanding of business practices, enabling the creation of customized solutions that meet complex business needs.
  • Results Orientation: Highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets, employing a strategic approach to overcome obstacles and deliver expected outcomes.
  • Excellent Communication and Influencing Skills: Outstanding ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering targeted long-term solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Enthusiastic about technology and skilled at understanding and explaining complex concepts.
  • System Adaptability: Proven track record of quickly learning new processes and effectively navigating various systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering persuasive virtual demonstrations to potential clients, effectively showcasing products and solutions.
  • Language Proficiency: Native in French and Fluent in English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with excellent time management skills, ensuring timely attention to priorities and customer needs.
