Dutch Speaker Role for Home Appliances Department

In this exciting role, you will support Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our wide range of home appliances. Your goal will be to ensure that customers have a seamless experience while providing expert guidance and solutions.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to home appliances, ensuring accurate information and efficient resolutions.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry trends.
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in retail or home appliances, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
