Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase reservations sales, identify new business opportunities, and optimize room revenue.">
  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing reservations team, ensuring they possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.">
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing teams to align on business goals and drive revenue growth.">
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions that meet their business requirements.">
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to hotel policies and SOPs, and ensure compliance with brand standards at all times.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in 5-star hotel reservations, with 1-2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.">
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve rooms revenue targets, with a strong grasp of revenue management principles.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.">
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems like Opera PMS, GXP, and MARSHA.">
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a customer-focused mindset and a strong commitment to teamwork.">
