Revenue Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Director to lead our hotel's revenue management strategy and drive business growth.

As the Revenue Director, you will oversee all aspects of revenue management, including developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue, managing yield and occupancy, and analyzing market trends to inform pricing decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality revenue management, with experience in driving revenue growth through effective yield management and rate optimization.

In addition to revenue management expertise, we require a highly analytical and problem-solving individual who can distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex revenue management strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads and operational teams, to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions
• Manage yield and occupancy through effective room allocation and rate optimization
• Collaborate with department heads and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue management strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and information sharing

• 4+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective yield management and rate optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
• Advanced degree in Hospitality or related field
• Certification in hospitality revenue management (e.g. Certified Revenue Manager)
