We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic Finance team. This role will involve reconciling revenues and costs, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.

As a Senior Business Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue streams, and cost structures.
  • Providing essential support to the Finance department by conducting data-based assessments of critical revenue streams.
  • Collaborating closely with our Business Control teams across different locations.
  • Leading the analysis, control, and continuous optimization of business processes.
  • Actively collaborating with internal stakeholders and departments on various projects.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a relevant quantitative discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing, scrutinizing, and leveraging large volumes of business data is required. Robust analytical capabilities, outstanding communication skills, and adaptability are essential for this role. Mastery of Microsoft Excel and excellent English language proficiency are also required. Familiarity with Microsoft D365 or Python is a plus.
