We are seeking a highly skilled German speaker to join our team as a Content Moderator in the Social Media Department. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and safety of our social media platform by reviewing and moderating user-generated content in German.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong language skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Moderating and reviewing user-generated content in German across various social media channels.
- Ensuring compliance with community guidelines to create a safe and welcoming online environment.
- Identifying and reporting inappropriate content or user behavior promptly.
- Engaging with the online community to promote positive interactions.
- Providing insights and feedback to enhance moderation strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German (written and spoken).
- A strong interest in social media and community management.
- Prior experience in content moderation is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive demeanor.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
