Job Description

We are currently seeking social media content moderators to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering a positive online community for Portuguese-speaking users. Your focus will be on moderating content and engaging with users across various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community standards and guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments and private messages promptly and professionally.
  • Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to relevant teams for action.
  • Conduct research on trending topics and interests within the Portuguese-speaking community to enhance content relevance.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop and suggest engaging, high-quality material suitable for the audience.
  • Prepare and present reports on user interactions and content performance to aid in strategic development.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform policies, and best practices for effective moderation.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Proficient in utilizing content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
