Job Title: Spanish Speaking Content Moderator
">Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a motivated individual fluent in Spanish to join our team as a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a positive online environment for Spanish-speaking users by moderating content and promoting community engagement across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities- Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Engage with users through comments and messages, providing timely support to foster a vibrant online community.
- Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to appropriate teams.
- Conduct research on trending topics and interests within the Spanish-speaking community to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to assist in developing relevant and high-quality content for users.
- Compile and analyze reports on user interactions and content trends to inform content strategy.
- Stay updated on social media policies and trends to ensure effective moderation practices.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
