Social Media Content Governance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Italian content moderator to ensure user-generated content aligns with community standards and fosters a safe, engaging environment for Italian-speaking users.
As a content moderator, you will review, assess, and take action against any inappropriate or harmful content, while also providing valuable feedback to improve user engagement and overall content quality.
Responsibilities- Moderate Italian language content on social media platforms, ensuring compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and act on inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content promptly.
- Provide constructive feedback regarding content quality and guideline adherence.
- Collaborate closely with fellow moderators to develop best practices for content moderation.
- Document moderation activities and maintain accurate records of decisions made.
- Stay updated on social media trends and changes in community standards.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve moderation processes.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication skills geared towards user interaction.
- Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferable.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Genuine passion for social media and dedication to fostering a positive online community.
