- Modere and review user-generated content in Portuguese across our social media channels.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines and promote a safe online environment.
- Quickly identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior.
- Engage with the online community to encourage positive discussions.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance moderation strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in social media and community management.
- Prior experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly demeanor.
