We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented French speaking social media moderator to join our dynamic team. As a social media moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on social media platforms, ensuring that interactions are respectful and in line with community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Review: Regularly review and moderate content on social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • User Engagement: Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Inappropriate Content Identification: Identify and flag inappropriate content or behaviors that violate community standards.
  • Insights Gathering: Monitor interactions to gather insights and help improve community engagement.
  • Brand Guidelines: Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to establish best practices for effective moderation.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Professionalism in managing sensitive situations and offering constructive feedback.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
