Key Responsibilities
  • Moderate and review user-generated content to guarantee adherence to community standards and guidelines.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content and user behavior.
  • Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and implement best practices for content moderation.
  • Provide feedback on trends in user-generated content and user behavior to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive situations and providing effective feedback.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
