German Content Reviewer Position in Greece

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our team as a content moderator in Greece.
This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure a safe and engaging online environment for German-speaking users. Your fluency in the German language and understanding of cultural nuances will be essential in making sound moderation decisions.
Responsibilities:- Moderate and assess German-language content for compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Identify and take swift action against any inappropriate or harmful user-generated content.
- Communicate effectively with users regarding moderation decisions and provide necessary support.
- Collaborate with fellow moderators to develop best practices and improve moderation workflows.
- Stay informed about trends and relevant issues within the German-speaking online community.
- Document moderation activities and contribute to feedback for ongoing process improvements.
- Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in content moderation or community management is preferred.
- Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and their content policies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
