German Speaking Social Media Content Moderator

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for German speakers. We are looking for content moderators who can maintain a positive online environment for users by monitoring and moderating social media content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards.
  • Engage with users through timely responses to comments and messages, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior.
  • Research current trends and interests within the German-speaking audience to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create engaging materials for users.
  • Prepare reports on user interactions and content performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media policies and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
