German Speaking Content Moderator Job

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a German Speaking Content Moderator. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in German and are passionate about maintaining online communities.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring that all interactions adhere to community guidelines and standards, while also fostering positive engagement among users.

Responsibilities:
  • Moderate user-generated content across various social media channels to ensure compliance with established community standards.
  • Engage with users by responding to comments, inquiries, and other interactions in a professional manner.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or user behavior that violates community guidelines.
  • Analyze interactions and trends within the community to help improve user engagement strategies.
  • Stay informed about brand policies and ensure all communications are in alignment with these guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to refine moderation processes and enhance user experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve best practices in content moderation.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with users.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of content moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgment and analytical skills.
  • Professional approach to managing sensitive topics and navigating user interactions.
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in Athens, Greece, and embrace the local culture and work environment.
