About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a multinational company that's at the forefront of the BPO industry. As a CS advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls and identifying customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate and complete information by using methods/tools
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

We're looking for someone who is native or near-native in Italian (C2) and has a good command of English (B2-C1). You should also have good MS Office skills, strong phone contact handling skills, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
