Front Office Manager

We are seeking a skilled and organized Front Office Manager to support our hotel's daily operations. This role requires flexibility, multitasking skills, and strong customer service expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Support: Assist the front office team in daily operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
  • Guest Interaction & Assistance: Engage with guests to address their questions, needs, and provide general support as required.
  • Telephone & Communication Handling: Answer incoming calls and messages providing prompt and helpful responses to inquiries or requests.
  • Guest Request Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on guest requests and ensure their timely resolution, coordinating with other departments as needed.
  • Reception Duties: Cover reception shifts when needed, including handling check-ins/check-outs, guest queries, and administrative front desk tasks.
  • Complaint Management: Communicate with guests to resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to maintain high guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficient in using hotel management systems (PMS) and common office software.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
