We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Beauty and Skincare Products Department.
This role offers the chance to work with a renowned brand dedicated to providing premium beauty and skincare products while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting them with inquiries related to products and services.
- Guide customers through product selection, providing personalized recommendations based on their skin types and beauty needs.
- Handle order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Address customer complaints and feedback professionally, striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product offerings, promotions, and skincare trends.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and support the team in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or skincare industry, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- A genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, along with a willingness to learn about new trends.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
