Job Description:
  • Act as a knowledge broker between clients and industry experts, connecting them with relevant experts to address their knowledge gaps.
  • Partner with clients to understand their needs, conduct research, and identify the best experts for their projects.

You will need to think critically and strategically, utilizing your problem-solving skills to connect clients with experts who possess the most relevant experience and knowledge. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.

As an Associate in the Client Service Team, you will develop core skills in sales, time management & prioritization, negotiation and professional communication. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple client projects at once, quickly developing your skills in these areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A natural negotiator and salesperson with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest and passion for the business world, evident through studies, internships or extra-curricular activities.
  • A development mentality, viewing setbacks and short-term challenges as learning opportunities for growth.
  • Fluency in English is a must, while fluency in French is required.
  • 0-3 years of work experience, with an undergraduate degree preferable.
