Imagine yourself as a bridge builder between clients and industry experts.

As an Associate in our Client Service Team, you will play a vital role in connecting the dots between knowledge gaps and expertise. Your primary goal is to partner with our clients to identify their knowledge needs and link them with the most relevant industry experts.

This means being able to think critically, conduct high-level research into various industries and companies, and quickly identify the best experts who possess the necessary experience and knowledge to address client questions. You will also need to communicate effectively with potential experts via phone and email to assess their suitability before introducing them to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, sales, time management, prioritization, and professional communication skills. They will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Client Project Briefs: Understand client knowledge gaps and conduct comprehensive industry and company research to identify suitable experts.
  • Expert Outreach: Utilize phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts and assess their suitability for client projects.
  • Quality Screening: Critically evaluate experts for their relevance and quality to ensure they meet client needs.

Requirements:

  • Academic Background: A strong academic record, preferably with an undergraduate degree in any field.
  • Negotiation and Sales Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a natural flair for sales.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated leadership abilities through extracurricular activities or previous roles.
  • Business Acumen: Strong interest in business and economics, evident through studies, internships, or other experiences.
  • Development Mindset: A growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities for learning and development.
  • Client Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional client service, going above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Self-Development: A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Japanese is required.
