Customer Service Representative Job Description


The role involves ongoing communication with existing clients via email and phone, ensuring prompt resolution of their queries and concerns. The position also requires working on various company systems to efficiently manage client interactions.


A university degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration is advantageous for this role. Proficiency in the Korean language is a must, while fluency in English is highly beneficial. Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative can be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office.
