Client Service Associate Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Client Service Team as a Client Service Associate. In this role, you will act as a liaison between clients and industry experts, partnering with clients to understand their knowledge gaps and identifying the most relevant experts to address them.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and conduct high-level research into industries and companies to find suitable experts.
  • Utilize phone, LinkedIn, and email outreach to connect with experts and assess their suitability for client projects.
  • Critically evaluate expert credentials to ensure they meet client needs with quality.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 0-3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • An undergraduate degree with a strong academic record.
  • Fluency in English is required, while fluency in German is preferred.
