Sales Customer Support
**Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες**:
Επικοινωνία με υφιστάμενους πελάτες της εταιρίας για καταχώρηση παραγγελιών και σύνταξη προσφορών.
Ανάπτυξη σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με τους πελάτες με σκοπό την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση τους και την ταυτόχρονη αύξηση της κάθε παραγγελίας.
**Ολιστική διαχείριση υφιστάμενων πελατών**:
Διαχείριση καταχωρημένων παραγγελιών από υφιστάμενους πελάτες.
Διαχείριση αφίξεων εμπορευμάτων και προώθηση τους σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες.
Ενημέρωση των συστημάτων της εταιρείας και των βάσεων δεδομένων μεριμνώντας για την ορθή διαχείριση ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών.
**Απαραίτητα Προσόντα**:
Πτυχίο ΙΕΚ με μηχανική κατά προτίμηση κατεύθυνση ή/και πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
Τουλάχιστον ένα έτος προϋπηρεσίας σε ανάλογη θέση διαχείρισης πωλήσεων ή/και τεχνικής υποστήριξης πελατών
Πολύ καλές πωλησιακές & διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, CRM)
Προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα
Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
Χόμπι ή ενασχόληση με DIY θα προτιμηθεί
