Construction Site Manager

**Επισκόπηση του ρόλου**: Ο Site Manager θα είναι υπεύθυνος για τη συνολική ενορχήστρωση, εκτέλεση και παράδοση Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών ή/και Δομικών Έργων. Ο ρόλος απαιτεί έναν τεχνικά καταρτισμένο και έμπειρο μηχανικό με την ικανότητα να οργανώνει & να καθοδηγεί τα συνεργεία, διασφαλίζοντας ότι το έργο βρίσκεται εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος & προϋπολογισμού. Προφίλ υποψηφίου: Πτυχίο Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού ή Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού από ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ. 3+ χρόνια αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας στη διαχείριση εργοταξίων.
Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και ομαδικής εργασίας. Ολοκληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άντρες υποψήφιους). Αρμοδιότητες: Επίβλεψη κατασκευαστικών εργασιών. Διαχείριση των συνεργείων/ομάδων υλοποίησης.
Τήρηση χρονοδιαγραμμάτων. Παρακολούθηση εκτέλεσης εργασιών βάσει αρχικού σχεδιασμού και αναφορά τυχόν αλλαγών ή αποκλίσεων. Επιμετρήσεις, σύνταξη λογαριασμών, ανακεφαλαιωτικοί πίνακες. Επικοινωνία με πελάτη σχετικά με πτυχές του έργου (χρονοδιάγραμμα, αποκλίσεις σχεδιασμού).
Χειρισμός της αλληλογραφίας και του αρχείου του έργου. Συγγραφή αναφορών κατασκευαστικών έργων. Διαχείριση και επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές. Τι προσφέρουμε: Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών αναλόγως προσόντων και εμπειρίας.
