As part of our growth and organizational development around
major industrial building projects
as a
General Contractor
, we are seeking a
Construction Manager
to join our
Datacenter
team in Greece.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will
coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects
, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More Specifically, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints,
  • Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,
  • Supervising site managers and overseeing subcontractors,
  • Ensuring contractual and regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards, organizing handovers),
  • Leading site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.

Profile
Profile
With an electrical, mechanical or civil engineering degree, you have at least
10 years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
Recognized for your
leadership
and strong interpersonal skills, you combine
diplomacy, rigor,
and a
service-oriented mindset
and have developed
proficiency in Spanish and English
.

Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you are
open to frequent travel
.
