Construction Project Manager
 to join our growing team and help lead the execution of our large-scale developments from the ground up or refurbishment projects

Position Overview

As a Construction Project Manager at Limar Homes Development, you will play a critical role in overseeing the daily operations on-site and ensuring each phase of our projects runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This is a hands-on position requiring excellent organizational, communication, and engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit construction sites regularly to liaise with workers, subcontractors, and site supervisors
  • Coordinate and receive on-site deliveries of materials and equipment
  • Place and manage orders to ensure materials are available when needed
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all stages are completed on schedule
  • Prepare clear and accurate progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee on-site health and safety practices to ensure full compliance with regulations
  • Identify and resolve any issues or delays promptly to keep the project on track
  • Maintain communication between head office, site personnel, and suppliers

Requirements

  • Minimum 
    5 years of experience
     managing large-scale construction projects
  • Background
    engineering
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple aspects of construction operations
  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
