Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Εργο οδηγος, located in Athens. The Εργο οδηγος will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. The role includes coordinating with architects, engineers, gaffers, and specialized technicians, handling project documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Εργο οδηγος will also be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Project Management, Construction Management, and Coordination skills
  • Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage schedules and budgets effectively
  • Experience in plaster construction and decoration is a plus
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience in leading construction projects
