We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Site Construction Manager
to join our team and lead civil works projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring timely and efficient progress of all civil works.
  • Review and interpret network plans, offering direction and technical support during implementation.
  • Supervise subcontractors and align their tasks with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage on-site logistics, including the flow of materials, machinery, and equipment.
  • Monitor project risks, evaluate material usage and costs, and maintain project alignment with specifications and budget.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, permits, and company compliance protocols.
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation and reports related to the project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a construction site management role.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and leadership abilities.
