Construction Manager
for a full-time position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all construction activities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate development projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and design documents.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations, environmental and urban planning requirements, and safety standards.
  • Oversee on-site safety, quality control, and environmental management.
  • Prepare progress reports and present them to management.
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients or property management teams.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (preferably from a University or Technical Institute).
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects.
  • Excellent project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience with construction management software and strong proficiency in MS Office.
