Are you looking to take your construction career to the next level? 
Limar Homes
 is searching for a 
motivated, hands-on Site Manager
 who has some real-world experience and is ready to take ownership of projects on-site.

You'll work closely with our 
Head Engineer
 and project team, acting as the 
eyes and ears for Limar Homes on site
 — coordinating trades, keeping things on schedule, and ensuring everything is built safely and to plan.

This is the ideal role for someone with 
a background in construction or engineering
, and 
1–3 years of site experience
, who's ready for more responsibility and long-term career growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily site operations and manage relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Communicate directly with the 
    Head Engineer
     and report on project progress.
  • Prepare and submit 
    daily and weekly site reports
    .
  • Ensure all 
    health & safety protocols
     are followed and documented.
  • Keep projects aligned with approved plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify issues early and solve problems in real time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and productive job site.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience
     in construction, site supervision, or a related role.
  • A diploma or degree in 
    construction, civil engineering, or similar
     is preferred.
  • Comfortable reading construction drawings and working with project schedules.
  • Strong communicator who's not afraid to take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and safety-conscious.
  • A team player who's eager to grow within a company.
