Engineering Manager – Marine Works (FIFO)

We are working with a tier one EPC contractor who have been appointed for the construction of new project (Marine works - Jetty) in Mozambique.

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to be responsible for the implementation and coordination of the technical side of a large site project, reporting in to the Project Director.

This is the lead technical role for a $500 million USD project. You will manage a team of technical and administrative staff; structural engineers, method engineers, logistic managers, planning, BIM coordinators, architects and technicians and MEP managers.

Due to the size and complexity of this project there will be extensive high level sub-contractor management and client interaction.

Qualifications

  • Degree in civil engineering
  • Proven a track record with a least 15 years of relevant working experience within a major construction company
  • Managed large complex construction projects (100 million+) in marine works

In return you will receive a tax free salary and fully found package, with a rotation of 6 weeks on 3 weeks off.
