**ΠΡΟΦΙΛ ΥΠΟΨΗΦΙΟΥ**: Απολυτήριο Λυκείου, άνεση στην επικοινωνία, καλή χρήση του προφορικού λόγου, Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας, γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών (με έμφαση στο excel), αποτελεσματικότητα, προγραμματισμός & οργάνωση, ικανότητα διαχείρισης κρίσεων και δύσκολων καταστάσεων, Ομαδικό πνεύμα και καλή επικοινωνία, τουλάχιστον 1 χρόνο εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε θέση γραφείου.
**ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ**: Οργάνωση γραφείου, προγραμματισμός, ρύθμιση καθημερινών υποχρεώσεων και αρχειοθέτηση (φυσική και ηλεκτρονική), διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων, διαχείριση επικοινωνίας εξωτερικών συνεργατών, εξωτερικές εργασίες (πληρωμές σε κοντινές τράπεζες και οργανισμούς).
