Η Oikos Property Developments είναι εταιρεία η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στον χώρο του real estate και επιθυμεί να εντάξει στο δυναμικό της Procurement Assistant για μόνιμη απασχόληση

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συλλογή και καταγραφή προσφορών, σύγκριση τιμών και παρακολούθηση των τάσεων της αγοράς
  • Διατήρηση βάσεων δεδομένων προμηθευτών και αρχείων προμηθειών
  • Υποστήριξη στην αξιολόγηση και επιλογή προμηθευτών με βάση την ποιότητα, το κόστος και την αξιοπιστία
  • Παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών αγοράς και επικοινωνία με τους προμηθευτές για τη διασφάλιση της έγκαιρης παράδοσης προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών
  • Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία συμβάσεων και συμφωνιών υπό την καθοδήγηση του Procurement Manager
  • Υποστήριξη στην παρακολούθηση των KPIs των προμηθευτών και στην προετοιμασία αναφορών προμηθειών
  • Συνεργασία με εσωτερικούς ενδιαφερόμενους φορείς για την κατανόηση των αναγκών τους και παροχή διοικητικής και οργανωτικής υποστήριξης

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικά ή σε συναφή τομέα
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε υποστηρικτικό ή διοικητικό ρόλο προμηθειών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Βασικές γνώσεις αρχών προμηθειών και επιχειρησιακών διαδικασιών
  • Ισχυρές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών ταυτόχρονα
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – η γνώση ERP ή εργαλείων προμηθειών θα θεωρηθεί πλεονέκτημα
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών, τόσο σε γραπτό όσο και σε προφορικό λόγο
