is a company operating in the real estate sector and is looking to hire a
Procurement Assistant
for a full-time, permanent position.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect and record supplier quotations, compare prices, and monitor market trends
- Maintain supplier databases and procurement records
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
- Monitor purchase orders and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Participate in the preparation of contracts and agreements under the guidance of the Procurement Manager
- Support the monitoring of supplier KPIs and assist in the preparation of procurement reports
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide administrative and organizational support
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a procurement support or administrative role will be considered an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – familiarity with ERP systems or procurement tools will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
