Το ολοκαίνουργιο ξενοδοχειακό συγκρότημα 5* **Once in Mykonos, **μέλος του Ομίλου **Louis Hotels**, αναζητά υποψήφιους συνεργάτες για πλήρη απασχόληση, για την πιο κάτω θέση:
**Reservations Manager**
**Βασική αποστολή**:
- Επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, απο τη αρχή. Από την στιγμή της κράτησης έως την στιγμή της αναχώρησης.
- Αύξηση των εσόδων του ξενοδοχείου από τα τμήματα ευθύνης του (Κρατήσεις)
- Ομαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία του τμήματος.
- Προώθηση ξενοδοχειακών υπηρεσιών και up-selling δωματίων.
- Σωστή και έγκαιρη διεκπεραίωση όλων των οικονομικών συναλλαγών.
- Επικοινωνία με την Υποδοχή, τμήμα πωλήσεων και λογιστηρίου.
**Απαιτούμενα προσόντα / δεξιότητες**:
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Boutique ξενοδοχεία 5*, Ελλάδας ή εξωτερικού
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και τουλάχιστον μίας δεύτερης ξένης γλώσσας
- Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση
- Ομαδικότητα - προσαρμοστικότητα - οργάνωση
- Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, θετικός χαρακτήρας με θέληση για προσφορά και γνώση
- Ικανότητα εργασίας κάτω από συνθήκες πίεσης.
- Διάθεση για προσφορά υπηρεσιών φιλοξενίας υψηλών προδιαγραφών
- Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), καθώς και γνώση ξενοδοχειακών προγράμματων
- Απόφοιτος σχολής τουριστικών επιχειρήσεων
