**Customer Care Representative**
**Responsibilities**
- Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων πελατών με σκοπό την άριστη εξυπηρέτηση των αιτημάτων τους
- Καταγραφή και προώθηση των αιτημάτων των πελατών στα αρμόδια τμήματα προς επίλυση
- Ενημέρωση των πελατών σχετικά με την εξέλιξη του αιτήματός τους
- Καθημερινός έλεγχος και διόρθωση στοιχείων του πελατολογίου βάσει των διαδικασιών της εταιρίας
**Requirements**:
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου. Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ επιθυμητό
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες καθώς και άνεση στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία
- Καλές γνώσεις χειρισμού MS Office
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα
