Job Description
VesselBot is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and building a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and identify potential prospects through various channels
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and assessing their needs
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve lead generation efforts
- Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Cold calling,
- Ability to cope with pressure and handle rejections,
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to constantly change outreach style and methods and identify optimal ways to execute outreach initiatives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and quotas
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and services
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
