- Ανάπτυξη πλάνου προμηθειών σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της εταιρείας
- Σχεδιασμός και βελτίωση της στρατηγικής προμηθειών και ευθύνη για την ορθή εφαρμογή της
- Εκτέλεση του σχεδίου προμηθειών, έλεγχος του προϋπολογισμού προμηθειών και διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με τα πρότυπα προμηθειών
- Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων, διαπραγμάτευση όρων των συμβάσεων με τους προμηθευτές/υπεργολάβους, και επίλυση των απαιτήσεων ή/και των παραπόνων με στόχο την έγκαιρη και οικονομικά αποδοτική επίλυσή τους
- Διατήρηση και ενίσχυση της σχέσης με τους υφιστάμενους στρατηγικούς προμηθευτές και έρευνα αγοράς για νέους προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους
- Συνεργασία με όλα τα τμήματα / διευθύνσεις της εταιρίας
- Αξιολόγηση των προμηθευτών και των προτάσεων τους, με στόχο την εξασφάλιση των αναγκών της εταιρίας και των αποτελεσματικών και οικονομικά αποδοτικών λύσεων
- Διασφάλιση της εφαρμογής των πολιτικών και διαδικασιών αγορών προς όφελος της επίτευξης των επιχειρηματικών στόχων, εντοπισμός προβλημάτων και προτάσεις βελτίωσης
- Ανάλυση της απόδοσης και reporting προς τη Διοίκηση
**Requirements**:
- BSc / MSc Χρηματοοικονομικά, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Μηχανολογία, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
- 5 έτη εμπειρία περίπου σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο
- Γνώση χρήσης ERP απαραίτητη, γνώση SAP θα εκτιμηθεί
- Εμπεριστατωμένη γνώση της προετοιμασίας και αναθεώρησης συμβάσεων, τιμολόγησης
- Αριστη γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook και Access)
- Αριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας ( γραπτά και προφορικά)
- Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαχείρισης σχέσεων
- Αριστες διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες
- Εμπορική και οικονομική οξύνοια
- Ικανότητα πολλαπλών καθηκόντων και διαχείρισης χρόνου, με ικανότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων
- Υψηλή ακρίβεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Άριστες ικανότητες ανάλυσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Ομαδική προσέγγιση και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διάφορους ενδιαφερόμενους από όλα τα ιεραρχικά επίπεδα
